With its latest generation of Single-Jersey circular knitting machine series Terrot sets standards in development, design and application. The overall concept of the series has been enhanced with regard to higher efficiency, production reliability and flexibility. The needle and sinker movements are precisely controlled throughout every stage of the stitch-forming process. The result:

• greater process reliability
• a more attractive stitch formation
• higher degree of efficiency – even at extremely high operation speed

The High-Speed kit incorporates one needle track in combination with circumference speed of 2m/sec.

Open-Width frame
Benefit from a huge know-how and a well-engineered open-width and winding-up technique with the new designed Terrot open-width frame. Top class fabric quality without any centre crease over the entire fabric surface thanks to sophisticated machine components combined with the highest Terrot quality. The machine type S 296-1 is available with open-width frame for the following diameter 26-36 inches .

Approved needle oils

Approved oils will be checked for their suitability by Terrot at regular intervals. The manufacturer of the oil is responsible for a consistently high quality of the oil. Terrot assumes no liability for damage caused by poor quality of oils.
